Happy Fall and Nutrition Consultation Give Away!

Happy Fall Everyone!
I don’t know about you, but my body is breathing a huge sigh of relief with this cooler weather. The long hot days of summer are hopefully behind us and nourishing rain is quenching our collective deep thirst here in central Texas. My fall garden is happily growing kale, collards, chard, lettuces, broccoli, arugula, sweet potatoes and more. Nearby the deer families that live around me are playing and running around my land like it is spring again. I am excited to transition from summer foods and veggies to autumn foods like winter squash and sweet potatoes. This is my favorite season for cooking so be looking for recipes to come with these yummy ingredients.

Thanksgiving Menu Plan
In a couple of weeks, I will be putting up my Thanksgiving Menu Plan for sale. Take all of the mental stress out of planning your Thanksgiving. You can make it much easier on  yourself by using my service which will include a step by step menu plan, recipes and shopping list.

Big news!
And now, for the big news……. drum roll please………………

I am excited to announce that I am finally starting my cookbook!! I have known my whole life that someday I would write a cookbook. People ask me all the time if I have a cookbook or when I will write one, so, alas, now is the time.

I need some help from you though. What I would love to know from you is what you want out of a cookbook? How can I make a cookbook that is not just another one that will collect dust on your shelf? If you could buy your dream cookbook, what would it be like?  Step-by-step picture instructions, minimal ingredient recipes, seasonal recipes, gluten-free, dairy free, paleo, not gluten free? Please, send me your ideas and inspirations!

I am also giving away a free nutrition consultation for the person that sends me a great name for my future cookbook. So comment below and share your ideas and inspirations with me.

As always, I welcome your comments. Enjoy this beautiful time of year.

Much love,
Amanda Love
